White Feather Flier is Flying High in Indiana Library

TWFF Supporter, Brenda McCord shares how librarians at the EVPL library in Indiana are spreading the love for Mother Earth with Julian Lennon's books

The White Feather Flier has made it’s way to Southern Indiana flying into the hearts of children, librarians and parents. Pictured above are librarians from the children’s section of Evansville Public Library (EVPL) with Touch The Earth, the first book in Julian Lennon’s White Feather Flier trilogy. The other 2 books in the series are also available in the library for young readers.

Brenda McCord, our supporter from Indiana, sent us these pictures from the library along with love for the books. She has generously donated to the library her copy of Heal The Earth signed by Julian Lennon.

“The books tell a very simple, interactive story with beautiful illustrations. The White Feather Flier takes the children on adventures around the globe making them aware of environmental and humanitarian issues. These books teach children about our planet and it’s cultures while promoting problem-solving and social skills. Very impressed that portion of proceeds from the trilogy supports environmental and humanitarian efforts of The White Feather Foundation. I hope Julian, Bart & Smiljana publish more books soon. Thank you Julian for all you do, you are truly loved.” ~ Brenda McCord, TWFF Supporter.

Thank you, Brenda, for your true-hearted support over the years. And thanks to all the librarians for helping spread the love for Mother Earth! #conservelife
