In response to inquiries from our donors about providing more ways to give, we have now expanded our capacity to include donation by text.
When we send out a message to donate for a specific campaign, once you register and provide consent, you’ll be able to reply and give in the moment, simplifying the process.
This will not replace our email newsletters, but just be an added option for those who may want the flexibility of giving in an additional way.
How it Works
Please note, at present our provider only offers the service to U.S.-based 10-digit phone numbers and Australian-based accounts with a valid Australian Business Number (ABN). We anticipate they will expand to include more countries in the coming years and will update you accordingly if/when they do.

Per recommended guidelines, our text frequency will be very similar to our email newsletter frequency—we’ll message approximately 2x per month with the occasional spontaneous note in response to emergency campaigns (disaster relief, etc.).
You can always reply with ‘STOP’ to unsubscribe if you decide that you don’t want to receive our texts.
