Rebecca is Founder & CEO of the Chicane Group; an Artist Management & Consulting firm. She is a top Artist Manager, Talent Relations Expert & Executive Producer. Her career began at dick clark productions, on award shows such as the American Music Awards, World Music Awards, Miss Universe, Golden Globes, and many more. She transitioned from production to artist management in 2009, joining the Britney Spears management team. Rebecca is currently Julian Lennon’s manager & business partner, and managed rock icon, Steven Tyler while co-managing Aerosmith for 5 years. Her philanthropic spirit is always present; her research and leadership led Mr. Tyler’s first ever charitable organization, JANIE’S FUND to raise $7M in three years, for our nation’s most vulnerable girls. She continues to help those in need through The White Feather Foundation.
