The CC Forum is an international event, which joins together the world’s most dedicated thought leaders, policymakers, innovators and investors to focus on sustainable development for a better future. This year’s meeting began Wednesday and concluded tonight with a closing gala under the High Patronage of HSH Prince Albert II Grimaldi of Monaco.
At the event, Julian received the Philanthropy Award for his work leading The White Feather Foundation, which he founded in 2007, and for his involvement in raising overall awareness for environmental causes through numerous humanitarian and artistic projects.
In his acceptance speech, Julian emphasized how the unity amongst the environmental community accelerates positive change:
“When we all work together toward common goals for our shared planet, amazing things happen. For the sake of humanity, I’m grateful to be part of such a diverse, compassionate community. I look forward to continued progress and thank the CC Forum again for this distinguished honour.”
Tonight’s event brings the 4th edition of Climate Change Forum to a close. The next edition will take place in Dubai this December.
